Dare-To-Care

Dare-To-Care meets every tuesday evening from 6:30 till 8:00.

We have a rally time of worship and then participate in ministry to complete our evening.

Tele-Care

Telephone callers make short ministry calls to build up and encourage the Body of Christ.  People feel loved, needed and cared for as these trained callers share in this dynamic ministry.  It is “discovering needs in order to meet needs!”

Note-Care

Short notes are written to those who need a helping word at just the right time.  Notes are written for encouragement, sympathy, congratulations, absentees, etc.  People love to get mail!   It’s another way of letting people know that we care!

Home-Care

During the DARE to CARE evening, teams are sent to visit in the homes of new-comers and regular attenders.  These evangelism and encouragement calls are a great way to tangibly show love and win the lost for Christ..

Prayer-Care

This group prays for each worker involved during the DARE to CARE evening.  They also receive special prayer requests from all areas of the church and requests from the Tele-Care workers within minutes.

Convert-Care

Mentoring our new Christians is an ongoing challenge.  One of the most fulfilling ministries in DARE to CARE is meeting one on one for a simple Bible Study over eight weekly sessions with new Christians to help them grow in Christ and become strong disciples

Other Ministries

Other DARE to CARE ministries in other churches have included, Senior Dare-to-Care, Youth Dare-to-Care, Children’s Dare-to-Care, E-mail Dare-to-Care,  etc.   The opportunities for ministry are unlimited.  Notify the Dare-To-Care council or drop off your ideas at the Dare-To-Care ministry booth in the foyer of the church.
